I'm making a post because I'm not sure what to do. I had an issue with my order and the thuma support wont respond at all. If you have any idea how i can get help please let me know. If nothing else, I want to inform people of their poor customer service and fabrications.

I ordered the Thuma 3x2 nest dresser to match the bed and nightstands i had bought previously.

First, my order arrived incomplete. I only received five boxes, and the full order was not delivered. At this point, I do not have all the components required for the items I purchased.

Second, there are serious inconsistencies in the dresser itself. Two of the drawers is a noticeably darker shade than the others, creating a clear mismatch within the same piece. It was clearly not even from the same batch of stain. This level of variation is not acceptable for a product at this price point.

Third, the overall color and stain of the dresser do not match the walnut finish of other Thuma furniture I purchased approximately two years ago. Prior to ordering, I specifically reached out to confirm consistency. I was informed that

“Thank you for reaching out about your recent Nest Dresser in walnut. I’m happy to confirm that the walnut finish across our collection—including the Nest Dresser, Classic Bed Frame, and Classic Nightstands—uses the same kiln-dried rubberwood process and proprietary protective stain. We’ve maintained that finish recipe for several years, so you can expect the tone to remain consistent with your existing pieces. Natural variations in wood grain and knot patterns are normal, but the overall color and depth of the walnut stain are the same.

If you’d like to see the finish in person before your dresser arrives, you can order a complimentary wood finish swatch here: [Wood Finish Swatches](https://www.thuma.co/products/wood-finish-swatch). That way you can compare directly with your bed frame and nightstands to be fully confident in the match.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help with.

Based on that representation, I proceeded with the purchase. The product I received does not align with that assurance. Had I known the color would differ this significantly, I would not have placed the order.

Lastly, several pieces arrived visibly damaged. This includes scratches, dents, and corners that appear crushed or impacted, as if the items were dropped **prior** to packaging. The top surface in particular shows clear damage where it is visible.

Taken together, this order fails on multiple levels: incomplete delivery, internal color inconsistency, mismatch with previously purchased items despite prior confirmation, and physical damage to new furniture.
