Need an advice on follow up colposcopy

Hi everyone, I need some advice because I don’t know what to do.

I had CIN3 cells and underwent a LEEP procedure 2 months ago. Unfortunately this resulted in cervical stenosis which caused the worst pain I’ve ever felt. I just went and had my cervix dilated with scar tissue manually broken up to try and reopen the cervix - also painful and traumatic.

I do not want the follow up colposcopy in 4 months. My margins are clear, and the surgeon said my cervix otherwise has healed perfectly. I’m very concerned that a colposcopy biopsy will cause further scarring and compound this cervical stenosis problem, and have also read that they are less effective procedures in these cases which can lead to even more invasive, traumatic work being done.

I want to refuse the follow up colposcopy but am not being offered any alternative treatment options :( what should i do?
