masculine professional clothes that Don't Suck

Advice Needed

hey, fellow guys. i've been out for over a decade, and my personal style tends to walk the line between femininity and masculinity, i enjoy getting to blend it all together and get a little silly with it! however, i'm also a baby therapist that started T not terribly long ago, and my personal style is not what i'd call 'professional'. but all i really see my other (cis) male classmates wear are button-ups, and i hateee button-up shirts! they're uncomfortable, i hate binding with them, i hate the way my hips look with them on.

so like, are there other professional options here? in the wintertime i could wear a variety of sweaters but it's going to get warm. i could wear blouses, but it's not very gender affirming so i'd really rather take a more masculine presentation. am i doomed to the suffocatingly boring cisgender male standards of professional dress??
