Section not listed - wait time for fix

I’m trying to sell World Cup tickets on StubHub, but my section isn’t listed correctly. StubHub agents and a customer service manager assured me that their internal teams will resolve this issue, and I should keep checking the website for updates. Has anyone experienced this? How long can I expect to wait for the correction?
