After nursery sleep

Baby (13 month old) goes to nursery three days a week from 7.30 - 5pm.

She's been there about a month now and still doesn't sleep (other than around 11 minutes once a week if we are lucky).

At home she contact naps still or sleeps on a walk or in the car but usually two naps a day (45 mins each on average).

When we get baby home they are exhausted and we try and do dinner (not eating much at nursery), bath and bed. And it's painful as they're so so so tired but try and push them to as close to 7pm (they're usual bed) but they can't last much past 6pm as screaming tantrums etc.

Then it's lots of tears falling asleep and wanting both us parents in the room (usually only me). We are cosleeping but I'd usually be able to leave after settling for a few hours before I go to bed. However, baby has been waking up crying every half an hour or so. Baby is still breastfeeding and feeds more at night now so also often has a bowel movement around 2am now as well.

By the Wednesday evening they're exhausted and spend the next two days pretty much asleep or dozing.

Any advice or is it just ride it out territory?
