ILR application

We will be applying for ILR soon. We have got all our documents but there is one peculiar situation we are in and would like some advice. We came to UK in 2016 but was in a different visa category, moved to skilled worker visa in 2021 so we are qualifying for 5 yr route this month. Since we are applying through the 5yr route should we provide evidence of absence for only last 5 yrs? Employer letter mentions absences of last 5 yr, so should we provide the details of 5 yr or details of 10yrs but yet employer letter still only covers 5yrs. Sorry I know it’s a weird question but since a lot of money is at stake I would rather be over conscious than make a mistake. Thanks in advance.
