Not sure if vertigo

I was reading something on my phone and suddenly i felt i was being dragged to one side? it lasted like 2 seconds. then i was tying my hair, while i was standing, and it felt like i had just gotten off an elevator and the floor is trampoline. it also lasted 2 seconds. idk what is happening
