What's this dish called?

So there's a variation of cheese and garlic loaded fries my local fish and chip shop do and I've not seen this dish anywhere else. It's layered like a lasagna. It comes in a silver tray with a layer of fries, then a strong (like "I've decided I am not talking today" strong) garlic mayo, mozzarella, fries, garlic mayo, mozzarella then put under a broiler so it hardens into a crispy top. I'm just confused why I haven't been able to find this dish anywhere else.
