Serious postttt

ok so this was my first drop for neet , I joined gurukripa (not sikar one ) and starting me everything was good , was scoring pretty good , later teachers changed n shit happened and I stopped studying cuz new teachers weren't great , ok I did take online lectures but started scrolling and ruined it all , my marks dropped and am so stressed rn , I was a topper till class 10th , everyone thinks I m gettin selected this year but it's clearly otherwise , idk wht will I tell my parents , relatives etc etc . I m thinking of taking another drop anyways cuz I can't see myself doing anything else other thn this neet shit ( yea sm attached to this mf exam) , I js wanna know tht should I like join offline coaching cuz wht I m thinking is tht meri bio is done , physics is done 11th ki , 12th ke only some chapters r weak and chemistry me some chapters are weak , like I don't need to take detailed lectures bio and physics ke ab so offline coaching might be a time waste but I am afraid wht if I waste my time scrolling and watchin shows n all if I go for online coaching , I ll join some offline test series along with it but just tell me is online worth it if I complete weak points in a month and thn keep my phone aside and do lots of ques Practise ????
