I need your opinions on what I should do

I'm under 18. My father and his family are unintentionally psychologically tormenting me. My mother too. (my mother is also single/divorced from my father) And I have a 3-year-old little sister. (I have no other siblings that live with me) I desperately need my own life. What should I do?
