new grad hiring rn? am i cooked or just early

how is the new grad hiring process right now?

i’ve been applying for a while (mostly swe roles) and literally 0 interviews so far. starting to feel like i’m just throwing applications into the void

for people who recently got offers or interviews, what companies are actually hiring right now and what worked for you?

also be real, should i still be hopeful or is it better to pivot early (different roles, grad school, something else)

just trying to figure out if this is normal rn or if i’m doing something wrong
