Unpopular opinion: Pinky Up’s lyrics aren’t that bad

They’re not anything special, but they’re much better than both Gnarly and internet girl. It’s about doing all the wild things you’ve always wanted to freely because everything’s coming to an end, which isn’t a bad concept

It’s silly but it makes sense with the context of the song, doing spontaneous and crazy things just so you can before it’s over

All this is to say, I think the lyrics should be getting clowned less.. especially when the styling and the random pauses are SO much worse, that MV was so disappointing.

Yes, I liked Gnarly more but those lyrics made way less sense, if any at all. MV ate tho
