Guys, I came across this video where a guy named Ashish Singh, who was working as a Group-D Helper in NR Railway, has written a resignation letter to pursue higher studies, specifically IIT JEE preparation from Aakash Institute.

 1. Is this even eligible?

He passed 12th in 2024. For JEE Main 2026, he is still eligible (students who passed in 2024, 2025 or appearing in 2026 can appear). But for JEE Advanced 2026, the rules are stricter — candidates must have appeared for Class 12th for the first time in 2025 or 2026. People who passed in 2024 or earlier are generally not eligible for JEE Advanced 2026. So how does he plan to get into IIT?

2. Is this resignation genuine or staged for content/views?

3. Quitting a permanent government job (even Group D) for JEE prep at this stage — how practical/risky is this?

4. Has anyone seen similar cases? Does the letter look real?

If it's genuine, mad respect for the risk he's taking. Government job chodke IIT ke sapne dekhna easy nahi hai.

But if it's fake/drama, then it's another level of clickbait.
