Please help

I’m uk based and have been in this situation since Feb I’ve paid approximately around 3k maybe more they have my name and number screenshots of followers and what not with my face and a picture of my junk in one picture I’ve made a case with the ncii just in case they do post it anywhere but how do I get rid of them ik they are based in Nigeria I just don’t know what to do i really don’t want them to send it to my followers
