Tense twitching side effect?

Just want to start this off by saying I’ve already texted my therapist, but I’m just spiraling a little bit and want some input from people who actively take this med. I’m on 150 MG extended release, and I take it at night which I know is insane but it makes me SO tired. I’m also on 50 MG of Zoloft (the generic brand I just can’t remember how to spell it).

I’ve been having these really odd twitches, it feels like my whole body tenses up and then I get like “out” of it by jerking my head to the side. I also have OCD, so I have the tendency to be a bit of a hypochondriac. I know the seizure threshold is lowered on bupropion, so I’m not sure if this is just regular twitching or something I should be worried about? I think I read that twitching/shaky hands are normal, but again I just wanted some input from people who actively take this med! Thank you!!
