Consulted AB surgery for under-eye fat repositioning — surprisingly detailed experience
I’ve been looking into under-eye procedures for a while and recently had a consult with a clinic in Korea. AB surgery recommended fat repositioning + fat graft instead of fillers, and honestly the explanation made sense — they focused more on fixing the structure rather than just temporarily filling the area.
What I liked was that they were pretty transparent about expectations. They explained that results take a few months to fully settle and that whatever remains after around 3–6 months is considered long-term. They also mentioned upfront that some people choose to do a touch-up later if they want a bit more volume, which made it feel more honest instead of overpromising.
Price-wise, they quoted me about KRW 2.08M after discount (original was ~4.2M), which was actually lower than I expected compared to some other places I’ve looked at. They also briefly suggested an optional skin booster for dark circles, but didn’t push it too hard.
Overall, the consultation felt pretty thorough and not overly salesy. I’m still doing my research, but this one definitely left a better impression than some others I’ve tried.
