Beyond frustrated with Appleplay

I have a 2023 CR-V. About a year ago Apple play stopped working. I took it to the dealership and they said nothing was wrong and recommended a new cable. Did that, and now it at least will connect, BUT any teeny tiny little bump or turn disconnects it.

Has anyone found a solution to this?
