Oh Journavx, what am I doing wrong?

So I’m at 13 days post-op, and seem to be rehabbing normally. I had heard good things about Journavx as a new pain management solution. However, for me, it does nothing. I respond well to the prescribed Tylenol, Oxy, Celebrex, but get no noticeable change from Journavx. So I’m asking the community if there is some trick to getting a response, or if some people just don’t feel it ?
