Electrical outlets/CPAP equipment/Distilled Water

Hello everyone. This question is geared toward anyone who is living in Thailand with sleep apnea. I am nearing the stage of my life where I am beginning to look at a few countries to visit in the upcoming two years and eventually retire in the next 5. Looking at condo/apartment tours online, it appears that there are fewer electrical outlets than what would be found in the typical American apartment? Are CPAP supplies/equipment available/easy to purchase in Thailand? Finally, is distilled water available/easy to find? Thank you!
