Can a lone soldier keep seeing their US therapist?

I’m hoping to keep seeing my US therapist while I’m in the army but have no idea how much the IDF will regulate that. Will they want me to see an Israeli therapist or someone affiliated with the IDF? And will they want to have access to my mental health records? I’d love to hear from anyone else who has gone through something similar. Thanks!
