Why does my SPY purchase history show an average cost of $1,000 for one purchase?

I was looking at my SPY purchase history and noticed one entry that looks different.

There is one purchase where the average cost shows $1,000, but the quantity is only 0.001 shares, and the total cost basis is about $1.00.

All my other purchases look normal, so this one stood out.

Can someone explain how this is possible? Is this just how fractional shares are calculated (price shown per full share), or could it be related to rounding or something else?
