Need guidance with irritated lobe piercing SOS

Got my lobes pierced Feb 5, so about 11 weeks ago. Waited until 2 days ago to finally change the jewelry out & went from the og studs to 14mm hoops. I waited a little over an hour with the holes empty before putting the hoops in bc I struggled to take the studs out (the backs were stuck from the dead skin build up in pretty sure) bc it really irritated my ears having to force the studs out. The hoops irritated tf out of me too and hurt to put in, I tried to sleep in them but it’s really just not working out bc it’s so uncomfortable & I can’t brush them against anything so I took them out like 30 mins ago, sprayed with sterile saline solution then took a shower with the empty holes & am now going to put the studs back in cus I can’t take the hoops anymore. Also, when I took the hoops out there was crust build up that looked a little suspect like greenish and im scared they’re potentially infected. I’m so stressed out over these piercings and everywhere online has contradicting information about what I should be doing and im just scared that I’ve already screwed up & that there’s no saving them. What should I do going forward? Please help 😭
