Navigate between Chrome tabs on Windows using Raycast?

I’m trying to replicate a workflow in Raycast (Windows) that lets me quickly switch between open browser tabs by typing their name.

For example, if I have multiple tabs open in Google Chrome (like Gmail, YouTube, docs, etc.), I’d like to open Raycast, type something like “gmail”, and jump directly to that tab.

I found some solutions, but they only work on macOS (using Browser History [https://www.raycast.com/crisboarna/browser-history\]).

Is there any way to achieve this on Windows?
