Strategic Adjacency???

I’m on the new update as Serbia and I can’t form a treaty with Russia because I lack a strategic adjacency. Like what even is that?

Before you could form treaties with Russia as Serbia without even having to declare an interest. But I guess now with the logic of this new update lacking a border prevents you from forming treaties if you’re landlocked, like that’s so f dumb. And why is everyone in my region buddies with the ottomans? Before the update all the subjects were originally rebellious, but now they’re aloof, like wtf??

How are you suppose to do anything now as Serbia??
