Online Providers (Not Telehealth)

I'm currently in Guam, with a prescription to Tirzepetide. All of the typical telehealth providers I've talked to state they don't ship to Guam. However, Empower Pharmacy does ship to Guam (I've confirmed directly with them). The telehealth providers that use them (such as Pom) still state that they won't ship to Guam. I was told that if I can find a provider who will send the Rx to Empower directly, that I could deal directly with Empower and they would ship to Guam. Does anyone have suggestions on online providers outside of the typical telehealth companies) that will write an Rx and send to a pharmacy of my choice? Home of record is Texas. Thanks for any help, this has been an ordeal.
