Got wanted criminal but the faction is traders

So i got a mission from the traders guild for a bounty quest and i was able to capture the criminal alive but then i realize to claim the bounty i need to visit one of their bases but I'm not sure this is possible as i am not seeing a visit base option for traders guild whenever i try to travel via my ship or passenger shuttle to them, am i just screwed over for this or is there a work around, I believe this quest is from Vanilla Expanded Settlers? as this is the only mod on my list that adds a bounty thing.
