First diagnosis laparoscopy

Hi; I had my first diagnostic laparoscopy on Friday. I’m 41 & have been suffering with endo like symptoms most of my adult life. I didn’t get to speak to my surgeon before or after surgery but on my notes it said “no endo” which the nurse read out to me. I feel so deflated as I don’t know where to go from here. The gynae secretary called me back today & said a detailed letter is being sent out to me but my gynae said there is no gynaecological reason that he could see that is causing my symptoms. I don’t know what my next step is, I guess wait until I get the letter to see exactly where was checked & what was and wasn’t seen. I have also requested my surgery notes and pictures from the hospital. I’m really struggling being in limbo & feel like I’ve been a fraud even though the pain is very real. Has anyone else had a negative lap & further tests have revealed endo? Thanks.
