Tyler claiming that Shubble made false allegations in the past (separate to Wilbur)??

I just found a reposted clip of a tiktok where Tyler is going over why he doesn’t believe the allegations against Wilbur Soot, and in them he says that Shubble has a history of making “false allegations” and mentions someone named Parker??

Can someone explain this to me? Is this just another instance of Tyler lying or is there factual evidence that Shubble made a false allegation in the past and was proven to be false, because I looked it up and didn’t see anything about it that says she made a claim proven to be false. I could be wrong though. Also, very gross how he talks about hating her on his Tumblr.

Even if he truly did believe Shubble lied, I thought he was all about forgiveness and growth and that people were irredeemable?
