The Hive Guard change has to be a targeted nerf to the coyote.

What other medium pen weapons were they thinking of when they buffed hive guards? They certainly weren't nerfing the gatling gun or mech intentionally. This is a coyote nerf disguised as an enemy buff. I don't even use the coyote, but it feels more like their hatred of the weapon and want to nerf it is impacting other weapons.
