Which smartwatch? No fitness, but a lot of notifications

Hi there!

My Apple Watch Series 7 is almost dead and I cannot seem to find any smartwatches that focuses on delivering mostly all sorts of notifications, calls etc. instead of only a lot of fitness and health features.

Any recommandations? 🙏
