Rant about ADHD and autism

I think ADHD and autism is too overrated now in society. Apparently everyone now has ADHD and autism. And it is a bit annoying bc some people do not look autistic (I might be wrong and maybe they are just very good at masking) but it is so annoying to the people who actually struggle a lot internally because of these diagnoses. I think that they claim that they have these diagnoses to make them feel special, maybe? What are your thoughts on this?
