Question: someone who actually has a “blurred style” tattoo?

I’ve been thinking about this for quite some time and the more I look at, the more I like it.

I just wanted to know if someone has it, and if has regretted, since well, I guess it can kinda be stressing? Especially if made in an area that can be easily reached by your peripheral vision for example while working ? Thanks and I’m sorry for the weird question:)
