Is it worth studying in Waseda University as foreigner

I’m about to finish high school and I’m thinking about studying in Japan, most likely at Waseda University. I’ve heard that programming is well developed there and that software engineers are in high demand, but I don’t speak any Japanese at all.

Can someone share the downsides or upsides of studying there?
