Help with Duty Station change

I'm trying to change my Duty Station before my EOD. I used the "contact" button on the portal and got a fairly generic response after about 3 business days.

"All Location determinations are made by USBP based on agency need and mission requirement, you were shown all available locations at the time of your offer. You have one opportunity prior to EOD to potentially change your selected location, doing so requires giving up your current choices with no guarantee of what is available before doing so and no guarantee of getting your original choices back if you dont like any other options presented to you. If you fail to make a selection by the deadline of 48hrs your file may be withdrawn."

As you see there aren't any instructions on how to request the new list. And theres no option to reply, to their reply.

All I'm trying to do is switch to Ajo AZ so I dont have to live away from my family. Not trying to get anywhere more desirable.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
