Hi, I’m currently working as a BA/DA with nearly 3 years of experience at a well-established US-based company. In my current role, there isn’t much focus on technical skills, but for future growth, I’m planning to combine my BA experience with Salesforce as a career path.

I have a few questions:

1. Is this a viable path?

2. If yes, what should be my main areas of focus?

3. As a beginner, where should I start with Salesforce?
