Estriol (E3) source

I'm looking to try E3 but can't find it in any forms other than 2 mg tablets or a low concentration gel/cream.

I understand E3 is a weak estrogen. I'm looking to supplement with E2, P4 I currently take.

Are there any suppliers or homebrewers that can obtain it in?
