You guys came through in a big way when I was looking for a trustworthy mechanic. Now I need to know if there is a permanent makeup artist you would recommend?

I hate dealing with makeup every day, but I look dead without it. Especially eyeliner. I have very deep set eyes and I have yet to find an eyeliner that doesn't turn into racoon eyes by lunchtime. I've always wanted to get permanent eyeliner, but obviously I would like someone who it good. Like really, really good. I would prefer the racoon eyes over looking like a clown or something.
