Almost done with my ACCA but I'm anxious af about the job market.

Basically the title, I'm almost done with my ACCA and barely have any experience (apart from a few internships) in the field. going in I thought accounting is a secure profession and I was always interested in the world of "finance" per se, but the recent news of companies laying off thousands of junior staff in favor of AI has been keeping me up at nights. I feel like I chose the wrong profession. I know accounting aint going anywhere but you NEED to do the junior level work to get your foot through the door, work that'll be done by AI now.

This is literally the worst time to graduate and I don't have a clear direction on what will and will not be a useful skill to have 5 years from now, given how fast AI is progressing. What are your thoughts about this?
