I really can’t find a partner who fully shares my views.

Well, I'm asexual (19 y.o man). I love romantic things, but I can’t stand sex and everything related to intim. I have a hard time finding someone who understands and shares my opinion

I really can’t find a partner who fully shares my views. Usually when I meet someone and we start dating, everything goes well until my partner starts to have sexual interest and hints. I have to explain that "I love you, but I don’t want to have sex with you and not because I don’t like you, but because I’m the same and I hate having sex because of my orientation"

After that, if not right away, our relationship ends very soon. And I am incredibly saddened, because I feel like I’m the only one on the entire planet.

All the sex I’ve had in my life was only because I forced myself to do it to maintain a relationship with my partner. I’m really tired of the person I’d be comfortable dating who doesn’t like sex any more than I do

also my friends often say that I am strange, because for them sex is all they want from girls and when I tell them that I hate sex they are very surprised and consider me strange
