Am I the only person watching Mr 3000 with Bernie Mac

Yesterday, at around midday UK time on a Monday, I watched Mr 3000, a fairly forgettable 2004 comedy starring Bernie Mac as a former baseball player who comes out of retirement in his late 40s to score three more home runs.

It was a box office flop, making $21m from a $30m budget and most people I’ve spoken to don’t even remember it.

It got me wondering, at that very moment, was I the only person on earth watching it?

It’s quite cool to think a whole $30 million dollar project, involving hundreds of people, was for just a brief moment in time, all for me.
