I want to move and need help understanding something

So I'm 19(M) and desperately need to move out for my own sanity. I'm looking at a town in the same state, 2 hours away from the one I'm in now. I have a good amount of saved-up money (gifted from the privilege of generational wealth) but I would still need/want a job.

The issue I'm facing is: how do I get a job and also rent an apartment at the same time? I'd need to be present in the town to work the job, but I'd need a job to sustain rent in order for me to BE present (as I understand it). It seems almost paradoxical and I have no idea how to do it.

How do I secure a job AND a place to live simultaneously?
