[TOMT] Slow and romantic song

My aunt is trying to find a song but I tried to google whatever I could understand of this short video and nothing came up. It sounds slow and romantic, voice kind of Ed Sheeran or some country singer but slow.

It goes like this (i think):

Close your eyes that it will fade away

In my eyes it will be ok

In the sky the stars so bright

In my heart i’ll find (something)

Thank you for whoever could understand it.
