First resume!!???

Um so I was thinking of starting to reach out to online pages for the role of social media management intern and ik the first thing they'll ask is my resume if anyone replies..

How am I supposed to make my resume since I don't have much certifications and experience what am I supposed to mention in it? (I was a Student Body president tho if that gets count..lol)
