Looking for MMO with minimal combat maximal crafting

I’m looking for an MMO where I can mostly avoid combat in favor of crafting and/or healing. I don’t need an MMO where there is no combat for anyone, but one where I can advance without engaging in much myself.

Extra points if I can play on a steam deck
