How can I move on from the ghosts from my past haunting me

Rant/Vent

I was in 5th grade, about to go to 6th grade when covid happened. I saw people of my grade becoming house captain and prefect and I had worked very hard in 5th grade and scored really good grades, and was also a green belt in karate and participating in competitions regularly and a kathak dancer and used to perform at many events and won awards. I was sure I would become a prefect in my 6th grade. But as you all know, covid came in 2020 and I was shut in my home for two years. I left my karate and kathak classes because I felt like there was no point doing this online. I had a karate exam for my blue belt, which was in I think April 2020, and it didn’t happen obviously. I started distancing myself from everyone because I was getting hit by puberty and it was difficult being a preteen (I turned 11 in end of 2020) and was an angsty pre teen. I kinda isolated myself from my friends and became anti social. When everything was back to normal in 2022, and my 8th grade had begun, I was a completely different person. I was no longer confident and did many extracurricular activities and rather was an under confident teen and not popular. All my potential was lost and I slowly regained my original personality, but not I’m in 12th grade, and I feel like I should’ve accomplished a lot more. I feel like if covid hadn’t come, I would’ve been a black belt till now, a prefect, house captain and even a school captain, and overall would’ve had a better school life. And please don’t say anything like “people only need excuses for their downfall” I know that but everything went wrong and I had much more potential. How can I move on from the ghsosts from my past because I’m unable to, and looking at kids like me achieve things I should’ve makes me really sad and disappointed in myself.
