Missing cards in shipments - support denied. Now what?

I am missing almost $100 between two cards missing in a shipment I got today. Only got 3/5 cards in the pack. Of course support says all cards were shipped and delivered.

Should've recorded the opening but didnt really think about it since the overall value of the pack was less than $200. I used my debit card so I can't even do a charge back. Am I just SOL? Easy to say with this and the horrible pulls lately im probably done with PPs
