Is Warwick Allerton a good hotel?

Going to chicago in a few weeks for the Suenos festival. I see alot of mix reviews on this hotel. What are your thoughts on this hotel? Any recommendations to go to? Def going to the Pokémon museum pop up. Any bars with live bands?
