Watched downloaded, not watched in Plex

I've just been away, and downloaded lots of episodes to watch on the plane.

Now I'm home, connected to my home network, but all the episodes don't show as watched in Plex - but do in my downloads.

I assume it's a sync issue, is there a way to force it? I'm sure I'm missing something obvious!
