Terminix Top 50 Mosquito Infested Cities

The 2026 rankings were just released, and there’s a new city taking the top spot. For the first time, New York City has taken the #1 spot, officially bumping Los Angeles down to #3.

Quick Tip for the Top 50: If you’re in these zones, remember to eliminate standing water. Mosquitoes breed in and around standing water; regularly empty and refresh bird baths, pet bowls, plant saucers, and other containers, and ensure gutters and drains are clear to prevent water from accumulating.
