My family and I are looking to buy a 7-8 marla plot in Trikuta Nagar.

We’ve come across a few options, but the quoted prices seem a bit all over the place. Before we start negotiating, what is the realistic ongoing market rate per marla in that area right now? Any insights into recent sales or specific streets to target/avoid would be highly appreciated!
